Greek salad points?

    I can't seem to find the points anywhere?
    It's with no lettuce, so just tomatoes, green peppers, onions and dressing...
    I got it at a resteraunt.

    Well you'd need to know what type of dressing. The tomatoes, green peppers, onions are all free (well onions if 1 cup or more should be counted as 1 point but I never count them --- didn't get fat eating onions). So guestiamte what is in the dressing and utilize your database and/or books to figure the points.

    A small greek salad with no dressing is 3 points. If it's the Greek Villager salad (without the lettuce) it is usually pretty heavily dressed. I'd estimate at least 3 or 4 points for the dressing alone.
