Don't be a slave to the scale. Use some NSV (aka NonScale Victories). Take measurements (once I was on a 6 month plateau where my weight didn't chang by I dropped from size 16 jeans to size 12 jeans).
Weight loss isn't an exact science and sometimes our body will show a gain for no apparent reason. This is why you don't get discouraged. YOu just have to remember that you did everything right and keep going.
