  • Breakfast: Farina made with skim, equal and ICBINB light

    Lunch: Rotisserie chicken, fresh grilled asparagus and 2 small yukon gold potatoes roasted with a little olive oil.

    Dinner: Core Oatmeal Cottage cheese pancake with ICBINB light (1 point) and SF syrup

    Snack: 3 WW Mint patties (3 points) TOM is screaming at me!
