So after a 5 day absence, exercise makes a comeback in my life. I think I tried to make up for it because I stayed on the treadmill for 95 minutes, getting to about 4.1 miles. Afterwards, I was sitting down and realized I could still go for some more exercise, so I popped in my Denise Austin "Fat Blasting Yoga" tape.. got through about 10 minutes of it and decided that lady can kiss my A$$!!
Needless to say, just doing the stretches wore me out and got me out of breath. It's weird how I can go 95+ minutes on a treadmill, but 10 minutes of her stretching takes a toll on me. Oh well, I'll add the 10 minutes and bring my grand total of deliberate exercise today to 105 minutes
According to my calorie calculator, I apparently burned about 950 calories, give or take a few. Yeah, baby!
So far today I've taken in 1023 calories, so I almost burned as much as I ate. I feel so accomplished.
I won't try to keep doing that much because, as a beginner, I know that would just get me burnt out fast.
