  • Hi Simone

How many slices are you eating a day? If you are eating 4 thin or medium slices in total each day, I would not say that is excessive - unless you are on a low-carb diet plan. Especially if you are young (under 25) and fairly active, 4 slices is reasonable.
However, if you are eating a whole loaf each time you mention bread in your post, that would probably be excessive.

What diet plan are you on? Will help people to advise you better.
  • hey thanx 4 replyin

well its normally 1 slice on a morning for breakfast then 2 slices the other times i mention it and i eat it without butter.. im not on any plan its jst my own lil healthy eating plan to loose a little bit of weight i just cut all the rubbish out that i used to eat and replaced it with healthier foods lol ... xx
  • Wholemeal Bread is good for you and you can't be eating too much you've lost weight have'nt you? I've even seen the soup and sandwich diet so carry on doing what you're doing
  • I've finally after months persuaded myself to go back to wholemeal pitta bread. I eat brown rice, bread and pasta but I kept eating white pitta.
