    thats correct tomorrow is my 3rd 3fc birthday! since i joined way back in 2003 well i've had a few ups and downs in this time. i've also seen more people than i can remember come on and off the boards some quickly rattle up 600+ posts and then dissappear into the ether. but i'm still here plodding along. the bad news is since i joined 3 years ago i'm up by over 50lbs. still i'm plodding along one day i might get to 1000 posts but i'm in no hurry

    Happy Bday, Si. Jan was my one year at 3fc, but I started losing this weight before then. And hey, this is my second time losing it. That's the road I went down, can't change it now. Hang in there.
