    Hello everyone!! I have posted and introduced myself under add up all the pounds thread ...I am new to this all...Just a quick over view I am on LA Weightloss This is my 2nd week I weigh in tomorrow for my second week I have gone from 273 to 265 in week one....!!!!! I look forward to hearing form you. You can get to know mw a little better on the other thread Thank you So much
