I think I may need to join OA. I turn to food even when I am not hungry, and I eat until my eyes are done not my stomach. I am so tired of being heavy, and I think I am ready to admit that there is a real problem with my food consumption.

Ellis is right, admitting is the first step. When I first joined OA I wasn't at the admitting stage yet, so you're already one step ahead. OA has given me back my life. I am thankful for the program everyday. If you have any questions, feel free to post.
