I've lost 15 lbs since I started on Feb 28. and an entire clothing size.
My husband and I get up at 5 every morning and walk 3-4 miles, rain or shine. (We live on the coast, if we waited for the rain to stop we'd never leave the house) I also do 20 of Pilates every evening.
My entire family loves the way we're eating now. I have 2 teenagers, who would love not having the snacks around anymore and healthier choices.
