Hello....I am Alicia. I am around 235 pounds and I am 5'7....I need to get down to around 150 pounds. I am a mom, wife, and student. I am diabetic as a result of my obesity and I have PCOS. I am 5 foot and weigh 190 I would like to get down to 140 - 130
I am also a wife and mother.
I have hypo thyroid which makes it even harder to get the extra pounds off.
