    Had my BEST WALK/JOG TIME EVER!!!! Did my 4.5 miles in 49:20, over 1 1/2 minutes better than my previous best time! Went out a bit before 6am, so didn't have the hot sun to contend with. Did 18 jogs
  • 40 minutes Denise Austin "Totally Firm"
  • THURSDAY
    Walked 4.5 miles, despite the sprinkles of rain
  • FRIDAY
    Did 4.5 miles in 50:45
  • SUNDAY
    Did 4.5 miles today with 13 jogs

    TOTAL FOR THE WEEK: 22.5 miles
