I have been exercising 3 times a week and stick to 1600 calories a day. I always watch my fat, sugar, salt and carb intake.
Why oh why have I out on 2lb?
I previously lost 7 stone in 1 year and did not put on weight once during that time. Unfortunately I have now put all the weight back on
I drink 2 litres of water a day and seem to do everything right. I can't tell if its my time of the month because I have the mirena coil fitted.



Don't get too upset and obsessed by the scales - there are so many variables to losing weight that a lot of 'experts' recommend only weighing once a month.
