I am back yet AGAIN. I refuse to gain another 3 pounds and hit the big 300. I will NOT let that happen. I have been on a downward spiral since the first of the year and I feel that I am officially ready to gain control.
I am going to start with mini goals.
#1- Drink my water, all day-every day!-no more drinking Coke. Period.
#2-Exercise at least 15 minutes a day for a week.
Ok-I must go to bed- I will read and write and catch up more tomorrow.
