It's all or nothing Sistas!

  • I am back yet AGAIN. I refuse to gain another 3 pounds and hit the big 300. I will NOT let that happen. I have been on a downward spiral since the first of the year and I feel that I am officially ready to gain control.
    I am going to start with mini goals.
    #1- Drink my water, all day-every day!-no more drinking Coke. Period.

    #2-Exercise at least 15 minutes a day for a week.

    Ok-I must go to bed- I will read and write and catch up more tomorrow.

  • I am with you. I have lost my motivation. So I know it must All or Nothing. I just want to get back to my exercise schedule and drinking my water. Then I might start seeing the scale move down again.
  • Lisa!!! I have missed you so much. I was wondering if you school had you too busy. I am so happy you are back. Maggie came back too. How fun!!!!! You can do this Sista!!!! You are a strong woman and you can conquer this!!!!!!

  • I have been having problems with staying movitated. I am a Coke drinker, but, I have been trying to drink diet. Coke C2 is pretty good and has only 70 calories per 12 fl oz and is only 1.5 points. You can have two cans and it is 3 pts. One can of regular coke is 3 pts for 12 fl oz. It taste like a flat coke, but, it close enough to the real thing. I need to start journaling again, but, it can get boring. We can do it!!!
  • Add me to the list of ones who needs to get my butt in gear. The last few weeks have been very stressful for me and I have throwed out my eatting habits. So as of RIGHT NOW.. I am back OP. And now I just need to get my butt out and do some exercise. We can do this!
