I'm not new to this site, although I haven't posted in awhile.
I did a few other diets and I've finally woken up and realized that Weight Watchers has been the only thing to help me actually lose weight and keep it off and didn't 1) break the bank 2) drive me insane worrying about "legal" foods. I'm not going to be starting for a few more weeks (all my materials are in storage and things are going to be hectic the next couple weeks because we are moving. Once we get settled in I'm ready to go). I can not wait. About 2yrs ago I lost about 40lbs doing WW and then I slipped and it came back. At the time my husband was in Korea (he's thin, fast metabolism, eats like a horse so it's hard to resist). I'm determined though, I'm tired of being heavy it's effecting me in SO many ways now.
