Anyone have any tips or suggestions? Only positive ones, though...I don't want to be "doomed" from the get go. Thanks!
If you can get past the first few days, you've got it made. I was really hungry days one through three and then I guess I just got adjusted to it and I'm satisfied with the three meals per day. Also, drink lots of water.
I hope it works for you. I really like the diet! I stuck to it pretty well last week and I've lost 6 pounds so far. I haven't felt this good in a really long time.
