Monday's Munchies Menu, 3/20/06

    l: tuna w/ff miracle whip, celery; iceberg salad w/tomato
    s: yogurt* (definitely no abuse factor here--I will have to choke it down) , apple

    Not a completely core menu but it IS back on the wagon for me!!

    Breakfast: eggs and bacon (pts) and milk
    Snack: carrots and dill dip
    Lunch: tuna salad
    Dinner: salad with strawberries, FF feta, shrimp and balsamic vinegar dressing
  • Same here - happy to report my ticker is moving in the right direction finally! (trying desperately to get back to the 199 - and lower of course!)

    Breakfast: decaf w/cream, 1/2 bran fruit muffin

    Lunch: 2 slices rye toast, egg salad w/tomatoes and lettuce, fruit salad

    Snack: 2 plums, and/or apple

    Dinner: (sure hope dh puts the roast in as I asked!): froufie roast beef, baked potato, broccoli, baked squash (and lots of leftovers for tomorrow I hope!).

    Snack: decaf nf cappucino (while dd is dancing)

  • Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, equal, and 1/2 cup applesauce cooked in

    Lunch: Grilled chicken breast on bun (3 points) with homemade salsa; baked potato with FF sour cream (3 points because I'm having rice at dinner)

    Dinner: Chipotle burrito bowl (chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, hot salsa, guacamole, brown rice made at home with chicken broth). 3 points for some cheese
