Hey everyone! Since there are so many NSV's around here, I figure I might as well post a good ol' fashioned victory of the scale. I weighed in at 161 today. I am almost halfway to my goal of 140!! It feels so good to be back to the weight I was at a year ago. It feels weird to think that within the course of about six months I gained 20 lbs and then lost it. Talk about your ups and downs!! I'm sure I'll lose that last pound next week when I go to New York on a school trip, too. We'll be walking pretty much everywhere and I'm bringing tons of diet foods with me so I won't go hungry when we stop for fast food so I'm sure I'll shave that last pound off while having a ton of fun in NYC. Whoo.
I'm just real excited and feelin' good! <3


I've actually gotten to a point where seeing what other people eat doesn't bother me. I'm so proud of the weight I've lost and like this feeling so much that I never want to go back! I might ask a friend for a bite to taste, but I always keep in mind that one bite tastes just as good as the entire thing. Also, if I get a chance to have sushi I will NOT pass up the chance just because the white rice breaks my diet, lol! I'm bringing a loaf of light whole wheat bread, light whole wheat bagels, maybe some wheat crackers, and a jar of natural peanut butter for snacks on the bus. When we stop at fast food places I'll grab a salad with grilled chicken on it to get in my veggies and proteins. I know I can do it
