Ok as some of you may remember, I posted about going to the gym, and worrying about what other people would think of the new fat chick working out. Well I finally got started today....I went to Ballys...and i cannot wait to go back. It definatly beats doing a Video at home.... I was so surprised at how well i did and how well i kept up...and i never thought id hear myself saying this but ....I LOVE THE TREADMILL!!! lol .... I am sooo happy!!! Annd because me and friend are doing a joint membership i only half to pay half of the first time enrollment fee!!!

I was suprised how much I adore the gym too. I loved it so much I changed to a newer gym with more stuff, which was the best thing I ever did!!! (More eye candy too - a girl has to have her distractions!!! )

i hear ya kykaree....i was nervous about switching to a co-ed gym, but i love it. i love the cardio class i joined. not alot of good looking guys, but a couple of guys i can stand to look at.

glad you liked the new gym. i love mine. i can't wait to join a second cardio class.

i love going to the gym, i have been going for 2 years........ my dh goes now as well, we work out together when we can, and i love the cross trainer......
but i love lifting weights as well

I'm trying to get my dh to give the gym a go. There would be lots of nice girls for him to look at especially me but he's not keen. I think he thinks you have to be perfect to use a gym

I've not tried the classes at mine, except yoga, there's a new Nike Rockstar dance class that I'm dying to try, but want someone to come with me!!! I have a feeling the class will be full of super fit chicks!
