Low fat brownies?

  • Does anyone have any low-fat brownie recipes?

  • LOWFAT BROWNIES

    Ingredients:
    1 1/2 cup flour
    3/4 cup cocoa
    1 1/2 cup sugar or sweetner
    1 tsp baking powder
    4 egg whites
    1 cup + 3 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
    1 tsp vanilla

    Preheat oven to 350 F. Spary an 8" square pan with nostick cooking
    spray. In a medium size bowl mix flour, cocoa, sugar and baking
    powder. Stir with fork. In a large bowl whisk egg whites, stir in
    applesauce and vanilla. Gradually add flour mixture and stir until well
    mixed. Bake in oven for 35- 40 minutes.
  • LOW - FAT BROWNIE

    3/4 c. flour
    1/2 c. less 1 tbsp. sugar
    1/3 c. unsweetened cocoa
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    3 tbsp. plus 1 tsp. unsalted reduced calorie butter, melted
    3 lg. egg whites
    1 tsp. vanilla extract
    1 1/2 oz. chopped walnuts

    Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray an 8 inch square baking pan with non-stick cooking spray; set aside. In large bowl, with fork, stir together flour, sugar, cocoa, and baking powder. Stir in butter, egg whites, and vanilla; mix well. Stir in walnuts. Spoon batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly. Bake 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool. Makes 8 servings. Use sugar-free pudding for topping if desired.
  • Low Fat Fudge Brownie Pudding

    This is a very wonderful and rich tasting brownie dessert. It's great plain or with a scoop of low fat ice cream on top.

    3/4 cup sugar
    1 cup flour
    3 Tbs. cocoa powder
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 cup skim milk
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
    1/3 cup light corn syrup
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup brown sugar
    4 Tbs. cocoa powder
    1 Tbs. cornstarch
    dash of salt
    1 1/4 cups skim milk, hot

    Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Mix together 3/4 cup sugar, flour, 3 Tbs. cocoa, baking powder, 1/4 tsp., salt, 1/2 cup milk, vanilla, and corn syrup. Spray an 8 inch square pan with light cooking spray and pour batter into it.

    Combine 1/2 cup sugar, brown sugar, 4 Tbs. cocoa, cornstarch, and a dash of salt. Mix well. Sprinkle this mixture evenly over batter. Pour hot milk over top of dry mixture. Do not stir!!

    Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.

  • Or take a brownie mix and instead of adding oil and the other stuff, just use pumpkin...delicious!!!!and low fat
