  • I forgot to say HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY!!!!!

    Breakfast: Oatmeal made with skim, splenda, and banana cooked in

    Lunch: LO Core meatloaf and LO core mashed potatoes (3 points) (points for the potatoes because I changed my dinner menu which now has rice in it when it didn't before)

    Dinner: Carne Asada broiled from Trader Joes; a new Core mexican rice with beans recipe

    Snack: Popcorn with smart balance (points)

  • breakfast: oatmeal w/ffmilk and blueberries
    lunch: soup and eggsalad
    dinner: Points: potato, cabbage, carrots, corned beef--rye bread and mustard
    tiny bit of Irish beer
    tiny bite of dessert
    WPA's for today (and I'll need some for a birthday party tomorrow) but I can lose weight as long as I'm honest about the points consumed.
