  • Good morning ladies! The weather sounds decent around here this weekend, so I think DH, DD & I are going to go the river again for a day (& overnight) of boating & general lounging around. Planning to bring alot of good, low point snacks to munch on.

  • Still doing the youth conference thing. It's been very fun- a ropes course last night that was great.

    Exercise: Aerobics 20 min, bike 20 min, ropes course 2 hours.
  • I'm proud of this. I ate out twice and still stayed OP, only having to use 1 banked point. Japanese helped. It is so low point.
