    I got so busy at work I forgot to come here and post my LOG ROFL.

    B- poptart (just 1)
    L- salad, tuna
    D- pork roast, veggies, squash
    Water...doing good
    Exercise...gosh, maybe in my next life

    Back from Vegas! Quite the experience......has anyone been?

  • Well, I just completed my first session on my recumbant bike with a strap keeping that paralized foot in the pedal. Not too bad. I only did three minutes but I figure that is a start.

    Food wise, I was kinda bad. For breakfast I had a slice of homemade wheat bread and butter. For lunch I had a hamburger pattie with mustard and onions and DEEP FRIED POTATO PUFFS-only two.

    R needs the printer and computer---got to run!

    Small bowl of chili (with very little hamburger)

    Whoo. I need to exercise. I haven't done much of that lately.
  • Hi everyone....I am confused....there seems to be 2 threads.....weekly & daily.

    I have been doing better in the last 2 months....since I got my go lite.....am doing better with food also.
