    Lunch: Can of Progresso Lentil soup

    Snack: FF Cottage cheese and peaches

    Dinner: Core Meat Sauce made with lean sirloin served over ww rotini. Double serving of fresh green beans with 1 Tablespoon ICBINB light (2 point). Veggies sauteed in healthy oil.

    Snack: SF/FF cheesecake pudding with fresh strawberries/splenda and 2T FF cool whip
