    = A great tasty/healthy ice-cream I love it

    ( Could even add some sugar free chocolate syrup )

    low fat honey graham cracker cut in half which is pretty big- 60 calls +


    Fat free cool whip - 15 cals

    = A great ice cream sandwich

    HINT: eat it right away its good wrap it and place in freezer for about an hour the graham cracker gets sorta soft like a soft batch cookie its sooooooo freaking good.
