First Weigh In.

  • I joined ww last Tues, and I have my first weigh in today. I have stayed OP and have even used about half of the flex points. However, since I am just starting to get active again, after sitting in a desk in an office job... I haven't started exercising a lot. I started at 2 mins, and now am up to 6 mins on the eliptical. It doesn't sound to good, eh? I am worried that the scale won't move... and even worse, I fear it will go up!! ahhhh!!

  • Oh No No No ... The Physcial Activity is really just to keep you healthy I think it is the Staying OP that is going to determin your real weight lose.
    I KNOW you are going to do Great .... Especially if you stayed OP and ate all your points. dont starve yourself......

    Can't wait to hear the results. You'll be so excited !!!!
    getting good results at the Scale really make you charged up to wanna keep doing it !!!!

  • Well... I must say I was terrified when i went in to get weighed! I was sure she was going to tell me I gained. Well... I lost 3.4 pounds, and am now at 304!! Soon I will be in twoterville!! I am so happy, and this was a great motivator. I got to move my ticker and everything!! The only thing I don't like about the tickers... it doesn't show the .4 part!

    thanks pmoswife for being here! I sure did need someone to have faith in me... because I rarely have any in myself, and my confidence and self esteem are horrible!
