Since then I went on a wonderful vacation to Acapulco, but gained about 4 pounds. I need to get back into the groove...posting my menus to FitDay, exercising ect. I could use some encouragement. I'm still trying to break the 200 pound barrier! (Or as our TOPs weigher says - moving the big clunker on the scale.

First of all. Happy St Patricks Day........... I been out of action for several months. I had all but given up on exercise. The reason?? pain in my feet and knees... I just had a shot of cortisone in my heel to relieve pain in a bone spur.. the limping around was throwing my legs out of whack and making them very tired and sore... I feel like a new woman and I have no idea why I waited so long to get treatment.... but that is past now.. I just talked to the director of village fitness and she will freeze a month for me and is helping me set up a plan to get back to work exercising ... They have water aerobics which will take the stress off my knees while I exercise...
