I stayed the same, 265. Trying not to get discouraged, my body has been on this plateau for too long!
I'm not taking away any more calories for the week, but i'm going to measure everything EXACTLY. I d/l calorie king and I'm going to try that out and see if I can't get some results.
Maintained again. I feel like I've hovering around 260-258 for a month now, getting very frustrated, but have decieded to re dedicate myself and I'm counting every peice of food or drink that enter my lips, I'm upping my exercise from 30 minutes to 45 and journeling. hopefully this will break this silly plauteau.
I'm down 2 from my lowest. I had a few days off so gained a bit, lost that plus the 2. Its been over 2 weeks so fun to see the loss. I'm also getting close to the 100 lbs mark, just 2 to go.
