YAY for....

  • I was reading a thread on here about Protein powders and protein shakes...and using them as a meal replacement. I Love Love Love breakfest time...however, the things I like and enjoy are all the bad things. Also, It seems if I eat breakfest... I get hungrier and want to eat more the rest of the day! (I'm probably just weird) and with my new job...i gotta get up and be there SUPER early...so i decided to try a protein type shake for Bfest. I got Vanilla protein soy powder and blended it with the Light Silk Vanilla ...and it was Y U M M Y and made me feel full and satisfied

    Also....on the side of the 100 Cal. Snacks. I've tried the 100 Cal. Snack packs and they are good...as are the little 100 Cal. Pringles. However, as good as they are ...sometimes they just leave me wanting more. So I decided to try the 100 Cal. Kettle corn popcorn and not only is it deliciouse but its also VERY filling

    So i just wanted to share my excitment lol and Thanks for the info on the protein powders to you ladies

    That's not weird and one of the reasons I used to avoid breakfast. The earlier I'd eat, the more I'd eat throughout the day. It's like breakfast kicked in my appetite. So the longer I would hold out before eating (usually not until noon or after) the less I would feel hungry. But by the time I ate lunch I was starved and would eat too much. Then I ate a bunch the rest of the day. So by not eating breakfast, I was actually defeating my own purpose.
