  • Is that ThinWithin??? On the exercise board!!! One mile brisk walk. Felt great!!
  • Monday, 30 minutes of wts and 35 cardio.
  • Tuesday. 60 minutes of cardio and lower body exercises.

    Got to find another night to fit exercise in. Hope I can do it
  • Wednesday-One mile walk
    Added to Two miles on Sunday and One mile on Monday = 3 days of walking and four miles! Yea!!!
  • Wed... 2 miles walk, about 40 minutes
  • Friday: Walked around Wal Mart - got 6000 steps there.

    Saturday: 1.5 mile walk
