Today when my dad brought me back to campus, we went grocery shopping and pretty much I got all healthy food. Most of it was fruits and veggies! I am proud of myself because I walked into the junk food aisle (chips, cookies, etc) and I resisted getting anything of that nature!!! I also wanted to cut out having juice on weekdays and leave that only for the weekends and I didnt get any juice or kool aid mix or anything! I am proud of myself and thought I'd share my first bit of success with you all!
