Hi, I just saw a info-mercial for the Beach Body Turbo Jam. I need a kick in the butt to get back to exercising consistantly. Has anyone tried this DVD while on the Sonoma Diet? I've read some great threads on the exercise catagory here on this site, but wondered if any Sonoma gals have tried it.
