Hi I am new to this whole forum thing & to online support. I have previously lost a lot of weight through weight watchers but over the last few years it is starting to creap back on. I no longer have the time to attend meetings so was hoping I could find the daily support I so deperately need online. I have approx 17-18 lbs to loose or as in my way of thinking 8 kilos (yes I am an Aussie) I am starting to find that I am just totally obsessed with food & will just eat for any reason. I plan to start my quest on Monday but thought by posting now iI was getting in some way ready & hopefully wont have 1 more false start.
Any support & encouragement appreciated as right now I have forgotten everything I learned at WW & feel Im not sure what is right/wrong foods anymore.
