This is my first post on this forum & I am pleased I read yours. I think the info on staying of the scales might be something I should look at. I too find the scales a friend or foe... If I have lost then I am happy & motivated to continue, If I have not then it might as well all be over..yet again.
I want to loose about 8 kilos or 17 pounds. I have done a lot more then that before but have become quite slack & unmotivated, I find I am eating now just for the sake of it thinking I did it before I can do it again but it is not so easy anymore. I need some help & motivation. I am planning on starting my assult this Monday. Any help, support & supportfrom EVERONE is appreciated.
