Music

  • Hi everyone - I need some more songs to add to my workout playlist - would anyone mind sharing some of the songs that get them through their workouts?
  • Off the top of my head, here are some I find really upbeat and motivating:

    Iggy Pop - The Passenger
    Jefferson Airplane - Volunteers
Bright Eyes - Another Travelin' Song
    The Decemberists - The Infanta
Great Big Sea - Run Run Away
    Cornershop - Brimful of Asha
    Beatles - Lady Madonna
The Flaming Lips - Race for the Prize

But I have a funny taste in music
  • I change my playlist pretty frequently. These are some that I remember hearing during today's workout (warning: Super Random list ahead!):

Rocky Road to Dublin - Dropkick Murphys
A Little Less Conversation - Elvis
Be My Yoko Ono - Barenaked Ladies
Since U Been Gone - Kelly Clarkson
Me and Julio Down By the Schoolyard - Paul Simon
    Mari-Mac - Great Big Sea

  • My current playlist:

    Black Eyed Pea's 'Pump it'
