How much should I lose?

  • I am 125 right now, after my first two weeks on the Atkins, how much should I be able to lose?
  • You really nead to figure your body fat percent to get a realsitic figure as to where you should be? bone structure? how tall are you?? Do you need to gain muscle and drop fat??

  • All people lose differently. And the closer you are to "goal" the slower it comes off. There's no real way to answer that. Sorry
  • Let me make a statement. (no I am not going to say you are thin enough) but what at times happens with people is that they gain muscle first, the reason for that is due to the increase im protien bht body now can build itmuscle base. which is a good thing as each lb of muscle will burn 50 cals a day, and fat none, But as it does burn it will weigh more that fat which just sits there. about 3-5 times as much depending our your sources. What you may see initially is a sliming of your fiure but a slight gain in the scale do not panick. (With the heavier woman that is generaly seen as a stall) Watch the way your clothes fit. OK??
