Hold me accountable, please - Daily Menus

  • Ok, I've been absent for awhile, and have really been struggling. I'll post my little rant in the KISS thread. I was thinking it might be helpful to have a thread where people post what they eat daily, so that others could compliment us on a great day, keep us in check when needed, or offer advice. What do you say? I'll start, even though I've already been terrible today:

    Breakfast:
    3/4 Cup Raisin Bran
    1/3 Cup Skim Milk
    1 large egg, hardboiled, with a sprinkle of salt
    16 oz black tea
    2 (skant) teaspoons raw sugar

    Lunch:
    2 cups romain lettuce
    2 cherry tomatoes
    3 oz chicken breast, grilled with Cajun seasoning
    1/3 cup croutons
    1/3 cup spicy caesar dressing
    1 bag Salt & Vinegar potato chips

    1/2 L Water
  • ok here's my menu so far...

    oatmeal
    banana
    orange

    low fat yogart

    turkey chili
    low fat chips with salsa
    low fat brownie

    I only have enough calories for my very very large salad, with croutons, low fat feta cheese.. olives and pickles, with the dressing that will put me at 1500 cal for the day...
