yet another question I have, been up for a while reading thru all these threads, and I'm seeing people talk about eating "laughing cow wedges". Are these those mini little wheels you find in the store? Can you eat a whole one for a serving? Also, is this ok on Wave 1 as the only dairy allowance I see is at breakfast?
What are some peoples breakfast ideas? I'd greatly appreciate any...

It's a round package that contains 8 wedges. Their website has pictures of the different cheeses, to make it easier to locate them in your store. I think the wheels you are referring to are the Mini BabyBels, and I think you can eat a whole Light babybell.
