This is my 5th try on WW. I know it works-- I have seen it work but I keep sabataging it. Last fall, I lost 14lbs - took 6 months - quit, and have gained it all back. I can do great all day but when I come home I can eat everything in site and ruin everything I did good all day. I do not know what I want so I just keep eating!
I made a chicken breast for dinner--eat one. Than I was still hungry so I started picking at Sunday's leftover roast and before I knew it, I had eaten half!! Then I ate some chese, some nuts, etc.
Does anyone else have this problem? I just keep eating at night and then I get mad at myself!
