Just want to say how much all of you inspire and encourage me! Today was soooooo hectic and stressful that on my lunch I wanted to go crash in my car instead of going walking. BUT I thought of all my good support buddies and forced myself to get out there. Same thing on afternoon break... brain was going no no no but forced yes yes yes and got in a bit more walking! So walked off a few calories and blobs of fat and was a GOOD option to grunging out and feeling sorry for myself!!
