Dinner: 2 oz. grilled tenderloin steak, small salad

lunch: meatloaf made with oatmeal and sirloin chopped beef. carrots and red peppers, sweet potato and butter blend Pts.
snack: mozzarella cheese part skim milk Pts.
dinner:meat loaf, whole wheat macaroni,
popcorn and apple for snacks today
