March NSV's for those doing WW at home...

  • Hi all.

I thought it would be great to have a place for us "at homers" to list our NSV's for the month. What do you all think? Please list them here, big or small! Let's draw inspiration from each other's non scale victories.
  • I've got an NSV that may sound a little dumb , but I feel it's progress anyway...

All of my adult life I've always had the mindset that I am going to die young (like in my 50's or 60's). I'm kind of a hypochondriac, lol. Well, today I was just driving down the road and I had a revelation. I don't think I'm going to die young anymore! I really think I am going to live a long life and get to see my (someday) grandchildren grow up. Since starting with my healthy life plan on Weight Watchers, I just feel so healthy and *right* about the direction my life is headed. It is just awesome to have a new attitude!
  • on tuesday i jogged in place for 1 minute. i haven't done that in years

tonight i jogged in place for 1.5 minutes.

    definitely a non scale vicotry.
  • I had a couple this week, I started a class at our YMCA and we take laps at a fast walk or jog around the gym a few times. For the first time in a year I jogged 3 laps two times around the gym and on the third time we went around I only did 2, but that was so much more than I thought I would be able to do! It felt so good to have my lungs burning because I was pushing myself in a good way, I can't wait until I can run a whole mile again!
