Hi everyone.. I introduced myself about a month ago, but have not posted again on this forum. I began the 1st of the year exercising in my house, with 5 lb weights, ankle weights ect. I don't own a scale, but know I have lost weight, my clothes feel better, I feel better, but I have not gone down any sizes in clothes. My family was given a membership to our local YMCA and for the kids I accepted. Luckily they have a Women's workout room, and I have gone twice since joining this week. I attempted the ellipitical machine and could only do 4 1/2 minutes

and was really out of breath. So I have left that alone and found a bike and can do 20 minutes on it for now. Will this get better? I have about 80 lbs to loose, and do enjoy lifting weights, and do like the stationary bike, but would love to be able to really use the Elliptical machine without sounding like I am dying. Any input? Does it get easier? I even plan on buying a Ellipitical Machine for the house, hopefully when I receive money from FEMA that I am awaiting because of loosing my things do to Hurricane Katrina. Am I the only one who has this problem???
