I started Sonoma on January 1st and followed it the best I could. I did have Splenda and 2% milk in my morning coffee but didn't have fruit or other sugars. I made some of the recipes but I'm the type who doesn't really like food combinations. I filled my plates according to the recommendations and ate only whole grains. I lost 4 lbs the 1st week, 2 lbs the 2nd, 1 lb the 3rd, and have been losing very slowly ever since.
Of course, I'm also not really strict most days lately. I'm thinking of doing Phase 1 again to see if I can lose another four or so since that's really all I want to lose. I'm a WW lifetime that has maintained at the max. for my height for almost six years. I've had a personal goal that I've never quite reached.
