Great recipe I stumbled across...


  • Crab Rice Caserole only 285 calories in 1.5 cups!

    1 can tomato soup
    1 can chopped tomatoes
    3.5 cups cooked rice
    1/2 chopped onion
    2 tsp worcestershire sauce
    4 tbsp salsa (I like spicy food so I used Medium )
    hot sauce if you prefer
    2 tbsp low cal margerine (I used Brummel and Brown yogurt spread)
    1 # can of crab meat...you can probably use any type of mild seafood imitation crab or fresh canned chicken breast, just adjust points accordingly. I used fitwatch.
    Mix together and bake 45 min. Very filling and low calories!!!
