Breakfast: LO Corncakes and 1/2 cup homemade chunky applesauce
Lunch: Sirloin burger with raw onion and with a slice of FF american cheese from my purse! (points for bun) and fresh fruit salad (strawberries, fresh pineapple, grapes)
Dinner: Small serving of Broiled chicken over ww angel hair with chicken broth, garlic, mushrooms, scallions, and tomatoes. Spring Mix salad with black olives, red onion and balsamic vinagrette. Broccoli with smart balance (points)
