I'm 5'4" and have 15" calfs. The widest point of my calf is nearly 2" wider than my knee. I can't stand them. They are quite muscly but there is some cellulite that could be lost but everybody seems to advise different things.
I know that I need cardio to lose fat and some people have recommended running but I am concerned that this will make them more muscly.
Other people have recommended yoga and pilates but I can't find anything to back this up.
What cardio will burn fat without creating more leg muscle?
