  • Kathy that looks great!! Where did you get those?
  • My Kroger had them last week buy 1 get 1 free. They're in a bag and individually frozen but not individually wrapped. They are 3 oz. each, there are 8 in a bag and they were $8.99 (but I got 2 bags for $8.99). Last night I put one of them with a tsp. of water in a Tupperware Rock'n Serve bowl, microwaved it for 2 minutes, then drained the water. I'll put it back in the microwave to heat it up at lunch, but they're fully cooked. I thought it would be a good experiment and if I like them, they'll go on the permanent list as an easy lunch or dinner. I see that there are added ingredients but most fresh chicken breasts also are injected with assorted things.

  • Kathy I am definitely going to be looking for those. And that price is especially good for 2 pkgs!
  • I figured 56 cents each plus tax (when getting the B1G1 deal) ... so adding that to my broccoli that's probably 15-20 cents since I only eat 1/2 cup, or 5-6 florets, that's one inexpensive lunch!
