Hey everyone!
I just found this site, so far it looks great!
I just bought a gym membership last week and being going regularly, hopefully 4-5 times a week. I also started eating healthier and already lost 3 pounds in a week!
I used to be pretty thin, but in the year and half Ive been going out with a thin guy with a super high metabolism and have been eating at his level! (Not too smart) and I have gained 30 pounds.. going from 160 to 192 pounds.. my highest ever!
I would love any helpful hints or suggestions anyone can leave me!
