Anyways, nutritionist I'm seeing recommended me to have food intolerance test as a weight loss tool. I heard a lot of good thing about this test that is very popular in Europe. The test came that I'm allergic to east (read bread, buns, pickles, vinegar, alcoholic drinks), tomatoes, beef (here goes my steak), apples (... a day), cane sugar (including Splenda), milk (chocolate, ice cream, cream cheese, yoghurt, I can have hard cheeses though), and wheat (not even whole wheat).
So I'm lost how can I eat (under 1400 cal/day) LG (under 45) food without cheating even a beat (must be very strict first 12 weeks) on my food "allergies"? Any ideas?
Also is no gluten means no east?
