I received the following email from one of my old employees today. Made me feel great!!!

"I am so proud of how much weight you have lost! Your jeans size looks to be about a 5 now, right? WooHoo!"

Even though size 5 isn't even close, nice to know he thought so!

that is great!!! and a him to boot. watch out. men are going to be looking at your figure now and probably giving you cat calls!!! enjoy!! and congrats on your weight loss.

(I agree. print it out and put it somewhere you can see it when ever you need a little up lift or motivation. heck, print out several copies and paste it everywhere!!! )
